Validity: From December 1, 2023, to March 15, 2024.

Objective:

The purpose of this policy is to establish the rules, conditions, and requirements under which the «Fly & Buy» promotion with Turquesa Los Cabos will be carried out, in which participants can receive a discount of up to 10,000 Mexican pesos on the purchase of an apartment.

Eligibility:

The promotion is open to all our foreign clients of Casas Piaxtla, S.A. de C.V., doing business as LAFHER.

Participation Process:

To participate in the promotion, clients must follow these steps:

Send proof of purchase in the form of images of airplane tickets and the lodging invoice to the email address designated by Casas Piaxtla, S.A. de C.V., which is: Turquesa@lafher.mx

Restrictions:

The promotion is not cumulative with other offers or discounts. The discount will be a maximum of 10,000 Mexican pesos on the value of the Turquesa Los Cabos apartment. Casas Piaxtla, S.A. de C.V. reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.

Final Provisions:

Participation in the promotion implies acceptance of all the conditions established in this policy. Casas Piaxtla, S.A. de C.V., reserves the right to resolve any dispute that may arise in relation to the promotion according to its own criteria.

This internal policy takes effect from December 1, 2023, and will be in force until March 15, 2024, subject to changes or revisions by Casas Piaxtla, S.A. de C.V. at any time and without prior notice.
